Up until the end of 2008, Tameer was a public listed company in both the Bahrain and Kuwait Stock Exchanges with a capital of US$ 97.37 million in 2008 up from US$16 million since inception in 2002. Following the strategic decision to expand the company’s activities, Tameer was transformed into Inovest BSC, a grade (A) full-fledged investment company regulated by the Central Bank of Bahrain and listed in both the Bahrain and Kuwait Stock Exchanges. Consequently, Tameer was reintroduced as the wholly owned real estate development arm of Inovest BSC.
